Print - A Jar Full of Jaffas

A Jar Full of Jaffas is partly an accidental painting. We bought Jaffas in anticipation of our grandchildren returning as they were due to pass through Armidale in NSW. I put the Jaffas into a Kilner jar and noticed the reflections and the complimentary colours produced by the relationship between such things as the rubber seal, the metal on the clip and even how the writing on the jar created an element of light gathering and reflection. I knew that it wasn't going to be an easy project but that has its own appeal to me.

Printed on 325gsm hot press natural Epson 100% cotton rag, museum grade quality, acid, lignin and chlorine free & PH buffered. Printed using hight D-Max 7 wide colour gamut Epson Ultra Chrome HDX all pigment aqueous ink.
