Return Policy.

Art is unique, particularly original paintings and drawings. Any damage to an orginal painting or print makes them unsellable. Therefore any artwork to be returned must be in mint condition in the packaging it was sent in. If the packaging has been disposed of it needs to be well packed and protected from damage. Take photos of each step when packing artwork. Insurance may be voided if insufficient care is taken.

al artwork must have five layers of bubble wrap and some form of corner protection. Keep your photos until we aknowledge receipt of the artwork.

Take clear photos of the front and back of the artwork. Photos that are blurry are unacceptable for return claims.

You have 7 days to return the artwork for a partial refund. We do not offer a full refund due to the costs of packaging and shipping the artwork to you.

Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.

To return an artwork you need to contact me at my advertised email address. Do not send the artwork back without approval. This refund process may take several days. A refund will only be issued once the artwork has been returned and checked for damage that may make the artwork unsellable.
