The Wanganella

I still vividly remember the day I arrived in Australia aboard the Wanganella. The artwork still hangs in my living room, withdrawn from sale because that day means so much to me. The weather was foul and the immigrants were all moved up to the front deck. I remember seeing the Luna Park face thinking what a great place this is. I looked up as we passed under the Sydney Harbour bridge as rain came down upon us. A great lifetime experience.
